Similar in style to wines from Condrieu and in our opinion better than most, this wine is by far the best Viognier we have tasted from the Languedoc. The north facing slopes at high altitudes in the Haut Languedoc along with Catherine's hard work in the vineyard and minimum intervention make this fine and delicate wine it is. Peach, pear and citrus notes on the nose give way to a creamy, delicate yet complex palate with a clean and long finish. A truly excellent wine.

This wine should be drunk at temperature of 12 degrees and shows wonderful flavours of tropical fruit, especially star fruit, and some pear. It can be drunk as an aperitif and is also the perfect match to citrus and tropical fruit desserts.
