Gerard Gauby also lends his talent to the biodynamique cultivation of Domaine Soula in the North West of the region. The location of this terroir adds the dimensions of altitude and a soil of decomposed granite, whilst Gerard coaxes the best out of his largely old vines through restricted yields and his own interpretation of biodynamic viticultural practice.
