Run by Christophe Bousquet since 1988, it is rated by the ‘Revue du Vin de France’ among the best in France. Christophe, from Jonquières, is one of the ‘young guns’, like Olivier Jullien, who have learnt their trade from their families. A trained oenologist, he is, surprisingly, more interested in his vineyards than the chais.
