A luscious, concentrated wine first with hints of black pepper and tapenade that give way to garrigue herbs, ripened fruit and figs. Again produced from hand-picked grapes from vines in this case on the limestone and clay plateau of the Petit Causse. At least 13 months maturation with a third in oak. Perfect with lamb - a marriage made in heaven.

This wine should be drunk at temperature of 12 degrees and shows wonderful flavours of tropical fruit, especially star fruit, and some pear.
